Alaska Silver Corp Reports AGM Outcomes

On June 27, 2025, Alaska Silver Corp. announced the approval of all matters at its annual general shareholders meeting held on June 26, 2025. Shareholders re-elected the current board of directors, including Christopher Marrs, Nathan Brewer, David Smallhouse, Susan Mitchell, and Kevin Nishi. Additionally, Davidson & Company LLP was re-appointed as the auditor. The meeting also saw the re-approval of the company's 10% rolling Long Term Incentive Plan, with certain amendments in line with TSX Venture Exchange requirements.

The company further disclosed the issuance of 46,950 restricted share units to non-executive directors. These units will vest after a year, each enabling the holder to receive a subordinate voting share of Alaska Silver.
