Shelly Group SE and Schneider Electric SE Enter Investment Agreement
Shelly Group SE has announced an investment agreement with SE 2026 A SAS, a subsidiary of Schneider Electric SE. This agreement aligns with the subsidiary's plan to initiate a voluntary public takeover of all shares of Shelly Group at EUR 70 per share. The takeover aims for the Bidder to acquire at least 95% of Shelly Group’s outstanding share capital, contingent on regulatory approvals.
The Shelly Group's board preliminarily views this offer positively, considering it beneficial for the company and its stakeholders. Currently, no official offer is registered with the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission. The completion of the takeover, if launched, will depend on meeting regulatory requirements and acceptance thresholds.
