Shelly Group SE Joins Germany’s SDAX Index
On April 10, 2026, Shelly Group SE will be included in Germany’s SDAX Small Cap Index. This marks a significant milestone for the Bulgarian company, known for its IoT and smart building solutions, as it becomes part of Germany’s DAX index family. The SDAX includes the 70 largest companies in Germany below the DAX and MDAX, selected based on free float market capitalization and trading volume.
Shelly Group credited this achievement to its strategic initiatives, including a secondary listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in 2021 and increased stock free float. Co-CEO Dimitar Dimitrov expressed pride in being the first Bulgarian company to achieve SDAX inclusion. Wolfgang Kirsch, Co-CEO, highlighted the benefits of enhanced visibility among investors and inclusion in index-based strategies.
In 2025, Shelly Group reported revenues of EUR 149.7 million, with a projected increase to EUR 195-205 million in 2026. The company is expanding its global presence, offering smart solutions in over 100 countries.
