Shelly Group SE Receives Tender Offer from SE 2026 A SAS
Shelly Group SE, listed as SLYG on the stock exchange, announced that SE 2026 A SAS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Schneider Electric SE, has registered a voluntary public tender offer. This offer is for acquiring all shares of Shelly Group. The registration was filed with the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) and awaits their approval.
The tender offer will not proceed until it is officially published following FSC approval. Once approved, the company’s Board of Directors will provide a formal opinion according to legal requirements. The offer price stands at EUR 70.00 per share in cash, with a minimum acceptance threshold of 95%.
