Shelly Group SE's Annual General Meeting Sanctions EUR 0.13 Dividend
On June 29, 2026, Shelly Group SE's Annual General Meeting, held in Sofia and Munich, endorsed a gross dividend of EUR 0.13 per share, resulting in a total distribution of approximately EUR 2.36 million. This dividend will be paid in euro within 60 days post-meeting, benefiting shareholders registered 14 days after the AGM.
