Alpha Growth PLC Expands with Isle of Man Branch License
Alpha Growth plc announced that Providence Life Assurance Company (Bermuda) Limited has received a branch license in the Isle of Man. This license, granted on May 23, 2025, by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority, allows the company to conduct Class 1 and Class 2 insurance business. Operating as Alpha PPLI, the branch will serve the wealth planning needs of clients across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
The launch marks a significant step in Providence Life Assurance's growth strategy. It enhances their capability to offer flexible insurance solutions for ultra-high net worth individuals and family offices. Julian Melling, CEO, and Richard Turnbull, Business Development Executive, lead the Isle of Man operations.
Providence Life Assurance focuses on Private Placement Life Insurance and Private Placement Variable Annuities, delivering bespoke solutions for sophisticated financial planning. This new venture aligns with Alpha Growth plc's global wealth management objectives.
