Alset AI Ventures Announces Share Consolidation
Alset AI Ventures Inc., an AI-focused venture company, has announced a 10-for-1 share consolidation effective May 1, 2026. The Vancouver-based company aims to streamline its issued and outstanding common shares, totaling 17,637,739 post-consolidation. There will be no fractional shares issued; fractions will be adjusted according to their proximity to whole numbers.
The new CUSIP and ISIN numbers are 021155205 and CA0211552058, respectively. Shareholders will receive instructions via a Letter of Transmittal from Endeavor Trust Corporation for exchanging their share certificates to reflect the consolidation.
The company's name and trading symbols remain unchanged. Existing warrants, options, and convertible securities will be adjusted accordingly. Alset AI continues its focus on AI venture investments, enhancing exposure to advancements in AI technologies.
