Alset AI Ventures Finalizes Third Tranche and Extends Loan Maturity

Alset AI Ventures Inc., an AI venture company, has concluded the third tranche of its loan with Randy Gilling, bringing the total advanced to $915,000. The latest tranche involved issuing 220 non-convertible debentures valued at $1,000 each, with a 6% annual interest rate, maturing in five years. This change from three to five years offers extended maturity for both current and prior debentures.

Additionally, 733,333 warrants were issued to the lender, allowing conversion into Common Shares until 2029. Funds from the tranche will support Alset AI’s strategic advances in cloud computing through its Lyken.AI business.

The company has the option to release further tranches, potentially issuing up to 2,085 additional debentures. These will follow similar terms and include warrant allocations based on the principal amount of debentures issued.
