The proposed collaboration includes AI services like cloud infrastructure, data orchestration, AI model deployment, and software development. Clairvoyant is expected to pay approximately C$1.5 million over 24 months for these services, with funds split between Lyken and Silver Birch Growth Inc., which will provide commercialization support.
This non-binding agreement aims to facilitate ongoing discussions while final contracts are negotiated, potentially activating after June 1, 2026. The transaction may involve related party considerations due to Clairvoyant's ownership links to Alset AI.
