Lyken.AI Enters Non-Binding Agreement for AI Compute Cluster

Alset AI Ventures Inc., through its subsidiary Lyken.AI, has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with SWARMNET SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD., a Singapore-based company. This agreement proposes a potential long-term commercial arrangement involving Lyken leasing and managing a 128-node B300 AI compute cluster to support large-scale AI inference workloads and token optimization. The five-year proposed deal would advance Lyken's Platform-as-a-Service strategy if definitive agreements are finalized.

The arrangement requires Lyken to secure sufficient funding and finalize hardware and infrastructure details. A 128-node B300 deployment exemplifies the enterprise-scale opportunities Lyken aims to pursue. However, the MOU is preliminary, non-binding, and does not obligate either party to execute the transaction. Final terms will depend on securing necessary approvals and agreements.
