ALSO Holding AG Announces Record Results for 2025

ALSO Holding AG has reported a successful financial year in 2025, achieving a record EBITDA of 286 million euros, representing a 22% increase from the previous year. Revenue climbed to 15.2 billion euros, with the cloud sector significantly contributing 1.6 billion euros.

The company attributes these results to executing strategic priorities, enhancing efficiency, and expanding its cloud offerings. The integration of acquisitions also bolstered performance, as stated by CEO Wolfgang Krainz, highlighting strong cost and cash flow management.

Looking ahead, ALSO forecasts an EBITDA between 300 and 340 million euros for 2026 and anticipates maintaining a ROCE above 20%. The company will continue evaluating acquisitions, seeking those offering positive post-acquisition cash flow.

The Board proposes increasing the dividend to 5.30 CHF per share, marking the 14th consecutive year of growth, reflecting the company's solid financial position.
