Blackrock crosses the threshold in the capital of ALSTOM
On May 23, 2025, a threshold crossing statement regarding ALSTOM was made public. Blackrock, Inc., based in New York, announced that it had crossed below the threshold of 5% of the share capital and voting rights of ALSTOM.
Carried out for clients and funds it manages, this reduction took effect on May 21, 2025, leaving Blackrock with 23,026,808 shares, or 4.98% of ALSTOM's capital and voting rights.
This crossing is due to the sale of shares on the market as well as a reduction in shares held as collateral. This situation is within the framework of Blackrock's discretionary management rules, unless specifically instructed by its clients.
