ALT5 Sigma Celebrates Record First Quarter and Mswipe Acquisition

ALT5 Sigma Corporation has announced a record-breaking first quarter for 2025, marking its third consecutive record quarter for its fintech segment. The fintech company also revealed that it has finalized agreements to acquire Mswipe, a next-generation payment solutions provider. The acquisition is expected to enhance ALT5's revenue and EBITDA immediately upon closing, which is anticipated early in the second quarter.

Mswipe's multi-currency payment card services, which integrate seamlessly with ALT5's platform, are already live with multiple customers. The acquisition provides both physical and virtual card solutions across Visa and Mastercard networks, further bridging digital and traditional financial ecosystems.

For Q1 2025, ALT5 reported fintech revenues of $5.51 million and a gross profit of $2.59 million. The company affirmed its position for continued growth, with an optimistic outlook fueled by favorable regulatory developments and increasing market demand.
