Alta Copper Finalizes Fortescue Transaction Clearance

Vancouver-based Alta Copper Corp. (TSX:ATCU) has announced that Nascent Exploration Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Fortescue Ltd, received confirmation from Canada's Director of Investments that no further review of their proposed transaction is necessary.
