Altamir's financial performance and activities in 2024
As of December 31, 2024, Altamir's Net Asset Value (NAV) per share stood at €35.06, representing an increase of 1.4%, including dividends. This performance stems primarily from the revaluation of divested companies, such as Europe Snacks. Companies in the Techs & Telco sector, notably Graitec and Odin, showed significant growth, while the Healthcare sector suffered a slight decline.
In terms of activities, Altamir completed €332.6 million in disposals and invested €180.5 million, illustrating significant investment momentum. Future commitments amount to €502.5 million, the majority of which are expected by the end of 2026. The proposed dividend for 2025 amounts to €1.06 per share, or 3% of NAV.
The 2024 results exceed the targets set for the 2021-2025 period, with the companies' weighted average EBITDA up 25.6%, highlighting effective management in an uncertain macroeconomic context.
