Altamir's NAV fell by 2.1% over nine months

Altamir announced a 2.1% decrease in its Net Asset Value (NAV) per share for the first nine months of 2025, including the dividend. The NAV per share stands at €33.27, compared to €35.06 at the end of 2024. This decrease is due to a limited revaluation of the companies held in its portfolio as of September 30, 2025.

Proceeds from asset sales during this period totaled €89.5 million, with significant transactions involving Marlink and Inmarsat. Altamir also invested €99.6 million, including six new investments and acquisitions through various funds.

As of September 30, Altamir's net cash position was -€70.2M, while its future commitments totaled €481.3M, focused on significant investments in several funds, notably Apax XI LP and Apax MidMarket X.
