Provision of information concerning the ALTAMIR takeover bid
On September 12, 2025, ALTAMIR issued a press release in accordance with Articles 231-27.3° and 231-28 I of the AMF General Regulations, relating to the simplified public tender offer for its ordinary shares, initiated by Amboise SAS. This press release follows the AMF's compliance decision, dated September 11, 2025, granting visa No. 25-369 to ALTAMIR's Response Note.
ALTAMIR's legal, financial, and accounting information has been filed with the AMF and made available to the public. It supplements the Response Document and is available on the AMF and ALTAMIR websites. Copies may be purchased free of charge at the company's Paris headquarters.
The opening of the Offer will be announced by notices from the AMF and Euronext. This press release is for information purposes only and is not a public offer, which may be subject to specific restrictions in certain countries.
