ALTAREA: Update on Share Capital and Voting Rights
ALTAREA has communicated the current figures concerning its share capital and voting rights. As of January 31, 2025, the total number of shares making up the share capital is 21,896,835. The voting rights are broken down into theoretical and exercisable rights, the former being 21,896,835, and the latter, after deduction of treasury shares, amounting to 21,894,185.
ALTAREA also imposes a threshold crossing declaration obligation. Any natural or legal person holding a fraction of the capital or voting rights equal to or greater than 1% must inform the company. Failure to declare results in the deprivation of voting rights for two years.
