Altarea: Update on Voting Rights and Shares

Altarea has announced the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of May 31, 2026. The company has a total of 23,371,012 shares. These shares also correspond to the total number of theoretical voting rights. The number of exercisable voting rights is 23,347,906, taking into account treasury shares. These treasury shares do not carry voting rights, in accordance with Article L.225-210 of the French Commercial Code.
