Results of the Altarea General Meeting of June 4, 2026

On June 4, 2026, Altarea's Combined General Meeting was held in Paris. Chaired by Mr. Alain Taravella, the 1,012 shareholders present or represented voted on the proposed resolutions. The quorum reached was 89.28% for the Annual General Meeting and 88.59% for the Extraordinary General Meeting.

All resolutions were adopted. The financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year were approved, as well as the distribution of a dividend of €8 per share, with an option to receive 75% in new shares at a price of €89.43. The ex-dividend date is scheduled for June 10, 2026, with payment on July 7, 2026.

The remuneration policy for 2026 and the Climate strategy also received a favorable vote. Finally, Mr. Alain Dassas was ratified as a member of the Supervisory Board.
