Altareit: Details on voting rights and shares
Altareit has disclosed its share capital data as of February 28, 2026, in accordance with legal requirements. The share capital consists of 1,750,487 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights is also 1,750,487. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, at 1,748,430. This decrease results from the deduction of treasury shares, which are deprived of voting rights pursuant to Article L.225-210 of the French Commercial Code. This information allows shareholders and investors to better understand Altareit's share capital structure.
