ALTAREIT: Documents for the General Meeting of June 5, 2025
ALTAREIT has announced the availability of preparatory documents for the Combined General Meeting scheduled for June 5, 2025. This meeting will be held in Paris, at 87 rue de Richelieu, at 12:00 p.m. Shareholders can consult the agenda, the draft resolutions—with an expected correction for some of them—as well as the participation and voting procedures. This information has been available on the ALTAREIT website and in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires since April 28, 2025.
In accordance with the French Commercial Code, preparatory documents can already be downloaded from the company's website, in the finance section dedicated to general meetings.
