ALTAREIT: Review of activities on its own securities in January 2025
At the beginning of 2025, the ALTAREIT group published its declaration of transactions in its own securities. Based in Paris, this limited partnership with shares has a capital of 2,625,730.50 euros. During the month of January, transactions were mainly carried out via Rothschild Martin Maurel, under a liquidity contract.
ALTAREIT's self-held capital as of January 31, 2025 is 240 shares, equivalent to 0.01% of the total capital. During the month, 21 shares were purchased and 24 sold. The trades, carried out mainly in small quantities of one to three shares, took place at prices varying slightly, from 470 to 478 euros per share.
No notable activity is to be reported concerning derivative products, these remaining unexercised or not concluded for this month.
