Results of the Altareit Combined General Meeting of June 4, 2026
Altareit's Combined General Meeting was held on June 4, 2026 in Paris, chaired by Mr. Alain Taravella. Nine shareholders, representing a quorum of 99.9%, participated.
All proposed resolutions were adopted. The company and consolidated financial statements for 2025 were approved, with retained earnings for distributable profit. No related-party transactions were entered into.
Shareholders approved the compensation of corporate officers for 2025 and their policy for 2026. The terms of Christian de Gournay and Jacques Nicolet on the Supervisory Board were renewed for one year, as were those of the auditors Forvis Mazars and Ernst & Young Audit. Finally, the financial delegations granted to Management were maintained.
