Altech Advanced Materials AG Announces Management Board Change

Altech Advanced Materials AG has announced a significant change in its Management Board following the successful completion of its reorganisation strategy. Uwe Ahrens has stepped down from his position on the Management Board, aligning with the company's recently executed plans.

The restructure involved the sale of AAM's stakes in the battery projects CERENERGY and Silumina Anodes to Altech Batteries Ltd. in exchange for shares. Ahrens will now focus on the industrialisation of these projects, continuing as Managing Director for Altech Industries Germany GmbH and Altech Batteries GmbH.

Dr. Burkhard Schäfer, Chairman of AAM's Supervisory Board, expressed gratitude towards Ahrens for his dedicated service and extended best wishes for his future endeavors with the Altech Group projects.
