ALTEN: Activity report at the end of September 2025
ALTEN saw its revenue decrease by 1.3% to reach €3,076.0 million at the end of September 2025. Although activity in France increased by 4.0%, international activity experienced a decline of 3.9%.
Organic growth was 5.2%, primarily due to declines in the automotive, telecoms, and electronics sectors. However, the defense, energy, and rail segments posted notable growth, particularly in Southern Europe.
ALTEN has made three major acquisitions, strengthening its presence in the United States, India, Spain and South America in the areas of CRO, embedded software and digital transformation.
The company maintains its 2025 forecast, with organic growth expected to be between 5.2% and 5.5%. The uncertain macroeconomic environment persists.
