ALTEN Announces Share and Voting Rights Update

On May 7, 2025, ALTEN SA, a prominent entity on Euronext Paris, reported its share and voting rights status as of April 30, 2025. The company recorded 35,266,866 shares constituting its share capital. These shares correspond to a total of 40,724,536 theoretical voting rights. This update is in accordance with Article L. 233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation.
