ALTEN Group: Review of the First Quarter 2026
The ALTEN Group has published its results for the first quarter of 2026, showing a 0.8% decline in activity. Revenue reached €1,053.7 million, compared to €1,062 million for the same period in 2025. Organic growth was only 0.1%, impacted by an unfavorable exchange rate effect. In France, activity increased by 1.34%, while it declined by 1.91% internationally.
Boosted by the aerospace and defense sectors, ALTEN is nonetheless experiencing a continued decline in the automotive, telecommunications, and life sciences sectors. Business remains stable or is growing in some regions, while it is declining in Germany, the Benelux countries, and others. Notably, the company acquired an IT services firm, representing €68 million in revenue.
Due to macroeconomic and geopolitical uncertainty, ALTEN anticipates organic growth between 0 and -0.5% for 2026, with prospects for slightly higher operating profitability compared to 2025.
