ALTEN Releases 2024 Universal Registration Document

ALTEN SA, a leader in engineering and technology consulting, announced the release of its 2024 Universal Registration Document on April 25, 2025. The document was filed with the French financial markets authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) and designated as D.25-0306.

Investors and interested parties can access the document in French on the company's website at www.alten.com/investors and the French financial markets authority's website at www.amf-france.org. An English translation will soon be available on the company's site.
