Alzchem Group AG Announces Positive Nine-Month Results for 2025

Alzchem Group AG reported strong performance for the first nine months of 2025, with a 2% increase in group sales to EUR 424.8 million. The company's EBITDA grew by 12% to EUR 86.2 million, improving the EBITDA margin from 18.5% to 20.3%. The consolidated net income rose by 20% to EUR 46.8 million.

The Specialty Chemicals segment served as the main growth driver, with sales increasing by 9% to EUR 281.6 million. This growth was led by strong demand in the creatine business and momentum in Custom Manufacturing. Despite challenges, the segment's EBITDA improved significantly.

Although the Basics & Intermediates segment saw an 8% sales decline due to a weak steel market, recent performance showed improvement. The company's investments reached EUR 67.4 million, focusing on expanding production capacities.

Alzchem's management remains optimistic, expecting a record year in 2025 with anticipated sales of around EUR 580 million and EBITDA of about EUR 113 million.
