Alzchem Group AG Completes Initial Share Buyback
On August 10, 2026, Alzchem Group AG announced the completion of its first interim report under its share buyback programme for 2025/2026. In the period from August 3 to August 7, 2026, a total of 20,156 shares were repurchased. This buyback program's start was disclosed in March 2026, following EU Regulation No. 596/2014 and Delegated EU Regulation No. 2016/1052.
The shares were acquired via the XETRA electronic trading system on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange by a financial institution on behalf of Alzchem. The aggregated volume of the repurchased shares amounted to €3,231,806, with a weighted average price of €160.34.
