Amadeus Fire AG Announces Changes to Supervisory Board
On August 14, 2025, Amadeus Fire AG announced significant changes to its Supervisory Board. Christoph Groß, who served as Chairman since 2011, stepped down, making way for Michael Grimm, the former Deputy Chairman, to assume the role. Groß, influential since his appointment in 2011, oversaw considerable growth and strategic acquisitions, notably Comcave Holding GmbH and GFN GmbH.
Michael Grimm, a board member since 2021 and CFO of Leica Camera AG, expressed enthusiasm for continuing the company's success. Meanwhile, Florian Schuhbauer, from Active Ownership, has been proposed as a new board member. Holding 18% of shares, Active Ownership supports Amadeus Fire's strategic goals in personnel services and profitability enhancement.
