Singapore's M1 Modernizes Postpaid Charging with Amdocs
Amdocs, a key player in software and services for communications companies, has completed a cloud-based modernization project for M1 Limited in Singapore. This project introduces a new cloud-native charging platform for M1's services, building on earlier prepaid solutions.
The converged platform merges prepaid and postpaid services, alongside 4G and 5G technologies, to enhance user experience and meet changing customer demands. Designed for scalability, it equips M1 to introduce new products quickly.
Marko Cetkovic, M1's Chief Digital Officer, highlighted the platform's potential to boost network robustness and delivery speed of new offerings, supporting the evolving needs of consumers. According to Anthony Goonetilleke of Amdocs, this collaboration aims to drive revenue growth and deliver superior customer experiences.
