Systegra Technologies Chooses Amdocs connectX for Digital Transformation

Nigerian service provider Systegra Technologies has opted for Amdocs connectX, a cloud-based "telco in a box" solution. This partnership is aimed at powering Systegra's innovation as a mobile virtual network enabler (MVNE), focusing on customer-centric digital journeys and improved operational efficiency. Amdocs' platform, supported by Amazon Web Services (AWS), will provide agility and scalability for Systegra's mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs) across Nigeria, offering solutions like wireless prepaid and postpaid services.

The AI-based connectX platform will enhance Systegra Technologies' customer service, enabling flexibility and variety in connection management. The solution also ensures compliance with local data residency laws, allowing Systegra to offer secure connectivity tailored to its consumers' needs. Systegra's CEO, Mitchell Elegbe, emphasized the importance of this digital-first approach to enhancing customer experiences.
