VIDAA Partners with Amdocs MarketONE for Enhanced OTT Streaming on Smart TVs

Amdocs, a leading software and services provider, announced a strategic collaboration with VIDAA, a rapidly expanding Smart TV platform. VIDAA will use Amdocs' MarketONE platform to launch new over-the-top (OTT) subscription bundles directly accessible on VIDAA-equipped Smart TVs. This initiative aims to offer seamless access to standalone and bundled streaming services from the TV screen.

MarketONE's Partner Ecosystem Management and Commerce Engine will enable VIDAA to efficiently onboard partners, experiment with innovative bundle propositions, and expand its digital subscription services globally. The collaboration aligns with the industry's shift towards TV-centric discovery, commerce, and bundling for global OTT providers and consumers.

VIDAA's CEO, Guy Edri, expressed commitment to simplifying user experience by easing the management of streaming subscriptions. Anthony Goonetilleke from Amdocs highlighted the significant role of Smart TVs in the home entertainment market, emphasizing the potential reach of OTT providers via this collaboration.
