American Critical Minerals Praises US Executive Order on Mineral Extraction

Vancouver-based American Critical Minerals Corp. commends the recent Executive Order by US President Donald J. Trump to enhance domestic critical mineral production, focusing on potash. This directive, dated March 20, 2025, aims to bolster national security and food security by promoting the local extraction of key minerals.

The Executive Order includes potash in the list of critical minerals, alongside lithium. It invokes the Defense Production Act to facilitate domestic mineral production, particularly prioritizing projects ready for immediate approval or permitting. Additionally, it proposes financial support through a Dedicated Mineral and Mineral Production Fund managed by the Development Finance Corporation.

The announcement aligns with positive developments from Anson Resources' and KOCH's pilot project, adjacent to American Critical Minerals' Green River Project, which demonstrated impressive lithium recovery rates. The company sees this as a potential boost for its Green River Project, which has promising lithium and potash resources.
