Amoéba Initiates €9 Million Capital Increase to Bolster Growth

Amoéba, a French greentech company, has announced plans for a capital increase to support its industrial and commercial expansion. This move aims to raise approximately €9 million, potentially extending to €14 million, through an offering to qualified investors and individual public investors via the PrimaryBid platform.

The funds will prepare Amoéba for commercialization in early 2026, strengthening its financial structure until initial revenues emerge. The capital increase follows significant progress in biocontrol and cosmetics, including a distribution agreement with Koppert and efforts to register a cosmetic ingredient in China.

Subscription commitments amount to €1.6 million, with additional commitments contingent on reaching an €8 million threshold. The operation signifies a milestone in Amoéba's growth trajectory, enhancing its market presence and financial stability.
