Amoéba Secures First Order from Koppert, Marks Commercial Transition
Chassieu (France), 11 March 2026 - Amoéba, a greentech company specializing in microbiological solutions using amoebae, has received its first order from its partner Koppert, a leader in biocontrol. This order reflects Amoéba's shift to a commercial entity, focusing on biocontrol activities through its subsidiary, Green 4 Agro.
The order follows a distribution agreement signed in June 2025, covering vineyards and market gardens across 18 European countries and the U.S. Deliveries will begin in April 2026. This milestone will help Amoéba meet demand in France, Italy, and the Netherlands, amid evolving regulatory conditions.
Amoéba's collaboration with Koppert shows promise, continuing from the launch of TIAGAN, a solution for vineyards. Under the leadership of Jean-Marc PETAT, Green 4 Agro is set to expand its biofungicide offerings, emphasizing environmentally friendly solutions for agricultural professionals.
