Amoéba Strengthens its Board of Directors with Charlotte Franceries

Amoéba, a greentech company specializing in natural microbiological solutions, announces the arrival of Charlotte Franceries to its Board of Directors. Her candidacy will be presented at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for June 26. A former executive of the L'Oréal group, Franceries brings valuable expertise in cosmetics and communications.

With over 25 years of experience, Franceries has held strategic positions at L'Oréal, notably for the Vichy and Biotherm brands. As President of the McCann agency, she also manages the global L'Oréal account. She highlights Amoéba's innovation and says she is ready to contribute to its strategic development.

President Benoît Villers welcomes this addition, considering his skills beneficial for Amoéba's expansion, particularly in cosmetics and biocontrol.
