Amrize Ltd Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

Amrize Ltd has announced the appointment of Samuel J. Poletti as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 24, 2026. Poletti replaces Baris Oran, who is stepping down for personal reasons. Previously, Poletti served as Chief Strategy and M&A Officer since Amrize's NYSE debut in June 2025. He was instrumental in Amrize's spin-off, managing all financial and non-financial aspects.

Poletti has a robust background in finance and strategy with over 20 years of experience, including a significant role at Holcim, where he focused on M&A activities. His work included notable acquisitions in Building Envelope, substantially increasing the company's North American operations.

Jan Jenisch, Amrize's Chairman and CEO, commended Poletti's track record and experience in the industry. Poletti will be based at Amrize's headquarters in Chicago. Dillon Cumming also joins as vice president of Investor Relations, starting September 8, 2026.
