Amundi Physical Metals plc: Issue of Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc announced the issuance of 504,000 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This marks Tranche 915 of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series. The initial metal entitlement was set at 0.04 fine troy ounces, adjusting to 0.03960935 at subscription.

The series issued date is 23 May 2019, with the current tranche set for 18 September 2026. Scheduled maturity is planned for 23 May 2118. The ETC Securities adhere to the Prospectus Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/1129) guidelines.

Applications for listing and trading were made for several international exchanges, including Euronext Paris and London Stock Exchange. The ETC Securities present a potential investment pathway to gold price exposure with a total expense ratio at 0.12% per annum.
