Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues Gold-Linked Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has released the final terms for the issuance of 70,000 ETC Securities, under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This issuance, specified as Tranche 896 of Amundi Physical Gold ETC, is announced with full compliance with the Prospectus Rules and the Public Offers and Admission to Trading Regulations 2024.
The ETC Securities, totaling an aggregate of 70,443,037.00 in the series post-issue, will be traded on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. The securities have also been admitted to trading on several European exchanges including Euronext Paris and Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, and Borsa Italiana.
The initial metal entitlement was set at 0.04 fine troy ounces per security. The issue date for this tranche is scheduled for 14 August 2026. The investment aims to provide exposure to gold price fluctuations, with a nominal amount of USD 5.085 per security.
