Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc announced the final terms for the issuance of 244,500 ETC Securities of Amundi Physical Gold ETC. This new tranche, numbered 757, adds to a total of 64,722,759 ETC Securities already released in this series. Each security provides exposure to the price of gold, with an initial metal entitlement set at 0.04 fine troy ounces.

The issuance, approved on 25 April 2019, is scheduled to mature on 23 May 2118. The series has been made available for trading on major European stock exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, and more. A total expense ratio of 0.12% per annum applies.

HSBC Bank plc, alongside other financial institutions, acts as authorized participants for the offering. No additional paying agents are involved. The nominal amount for each security is USD 5.085, with a specified interest amount of USD 0.051.
