Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has issued 559,000 new ETC Securities under its Amundi Physical Gold ETC program, marking Tranche 664. The securities, linked to gold, were issued on March 7, 2025. The program initially started on May 23, 2019, with a maturity date set for May 23, 2118.

The initial metal entitlement for this tranche is 0.03968239 fine troy ounces. The nominal amount is USD 5.085, equivalent to 10% of the issue price at the series issue date. Additionally, the total expense ratio for this tranche is set at 0.12% per annum.

The ETC Securities will be listed and traded on markets including Euronext Paris, Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, London Stock Exchange, and the Mexican Stock Exchange. HSBC Bank, Jane Street Financial, and BNP Paribas Arbitrage are among the authorized participants managing the issuance.
