Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New ETC Securities Tranche

Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the issuance of 346,500 ETC Securities, marking Tranche 645 of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. These securities offer investors exposure to gold price movements and were issued on January 16, 2025, following an initial issuance on May 24, 2019.

As of the issue date, the aggregate number of ETC Securities across the series totals 53,763,959. Each security in this tranche has a metal entitlement of 0.03968891 fine troy ounces. The nominal amount per ETC Security is set at USD 5.085, aligning with the series issue price structure.

The ETC Securities are now listed and admitted to trading on multiple exchanges including Euronext Paris, Amsterdam, the Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, and the London Stock Exchange. The total net proceeds from this issuance are estimated at USD 36,677,128.95 with total related expenses reaching €3,000.
