Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the release of final terms for its latest ETC Securities under the Amundi Physical Gold ETC. The issuance, totaling 28,400 ETC Securities, represents Tranche 652 of the series. These ETC Securities are issued under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme, which links to gold.

The terms of these securities are detailed under the Base Prospectus from May 2019, with further supplements in March 2020 and May 2024. The current issuance adds to a total of 56,752,859 ETC Securities in the series. The scheduled maturity date for these securities is set for 23 May 2118.

Applications for trading have been submitted to various exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Amsterdam, the Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, and the London Stock Exchange. The securities will also be available on Mexico's International Quotation System.

The Total Expense Ratio for these ETC Securities is calculated at 0.12% per annum, with a nominal amount of USD 5,085 per security.
