Amundi Physical Metals plc Issues New Gold-Linked Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the issuance of 590,000 ETC Securities, marking Tranche 701 under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This release brings the total number of ETC Securities in the series to 62,692,859. The securities are backed by physical gold, with each security initially providing an entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces of gold at the series issue date, now adjusted to 0.03967155 ounces at the subscription trade date.

The issuance, dated May 29, 2025, follows board approval obtained in April 2019 and will see the securities listed on key exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange. The series is managed with a Total Expense Ratio of 0.12% annually. Investors can expect a nominal amount of USD 5.085 per security, which equals 10% of the issue price, and an interest amount of USD 0.051, representing 1% of the nominal value.
