Amundi Physical Metals Plc Issues New Tranche of Gold-Linked ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals Plc has announced the final terms for the latest issuance of its Amundi Physical Gold ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This issuance, Tranche 722, consists of 130,000 ETC Securities.

Issued initially on 23 May 2019, these securities come with a scheduled maturity date of 23 May 2118. Each security carries an initial metal entitlement of 0.04 fine troy ounces, with a current metal entitlement at the subscription trade date standing at 0.03966529.

The new tranche will be listed on multiple exchanges, including Euronext Paris, the Deutsche Börse, and the London Stock Exchange, among others. Total expenses related to the listing are estimated at €3,000, with an expected total net proceed of approximately USD 17.28 million.
