Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms Announcement

Amundi Physical Metals plc has issued the final terms for the UK market regarding its Physical Gold ETC. This release involves 75,000 ETC Securities, comprising the 860th tranche of the series. The ETC Securities are issued under the Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme.

The total number of ETC Securities post issuance will reach 68,529,237. The initial metal entitlement per security stands at 0.04 fine troy ounces, with a current entitlement of 0.03962642 ounces at the recent subscription trade date. The scheduled maturity date for these securities is set for May 23, 2118.

Amundi has sought listing on various exchanges including the London Stock Exchange, Euronext Paris, and others, with estimated net proceeds reaching USD 14 million. The total expense ratio is marked at 0.12% per annum, while the specified interest amounts to 1% of the nominal amount.
