Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms for Gold ETC Securities

Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the final terms for the issuance of 57,000 ETC Securities linked to physical gold, under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This tranche forms part of the 705th series of Amundi Physical Gold ETC. The issuance sees the aggregate number of ETC Securities reach over 60 million. Each security is tied to a metal entitlement of 0.03966933 fine troy ounces of gold.

The series originally issued on 23 May 2019, is now set to mature on 23 May 2118. The final terms lay out provisions under the UK Prospectus Regulation and include a Total Expense Ratio of 0.12% per annum. The nominal value per security is USD 5.085 with a specified interest amount of USD 0.051.
